I offer all my teachings, online content, and live classes & courses on the principle of the “gift economy,” meaning, by donation.To put it another way, this means I give my teachings from a spirit of abundance and generosity.It is up to you and the community to decide how you would like to reciprocate. The gift economy doesn’t mean “free” or something is of “low value,” but instead proposes a shift in how we do money, work, life, and determine value.

Meditation
Group meditation is offered virtually five days per week at 6:30 a.m. Monday thru Friday.
Fill out the form below and you will be sent the zoom invite. You are welcome to whatever meditation you like but you will be instructed through silent breath focused meditation.
Participating in both yoga and meditation on the same days can be a potent vehicle for personal growth and present moment awareness.
Yoga
Virtual yoga classes are offered three times per week at 7 a.m. Monday, Thursday and Friday. They will include movement, meditation, pranayama and a small amount of yoga theory. Register using the form below and you will be sent a zoom link for your chosen classes.
