Meditation is the heart of yoga.
I've curated all of my meditations to honor the time-tested ancient practices while meeting the needs of the modern practitioner. Truly the most potent vehicles for awakening to greater peace and consciousness, these meditations will undoubtedly serve you for a lifetime.
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation done lying down in savasana usually supported by pillows and blankets. You are directed to guide your awareness to different parts of the body and through different thought processes. This moves you through your energetic layers called the koshas into progressive brain wave states linking the conscious mind with the subconscious mind. This one-hour meditation is scientifically proven to strengthen immunity, deepen consciousness and improve PTSD symptoms among other benefits.

In this daily meditation series, I will meet you where you are to guide you to a 20-minute daily meditation practice. We will also cover where to practice and various ways to sit. We will start small and gradually build your meditation time. I will also provide you with periodic journal reflections to help you see the effects and keep the mind motivated.

Great for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, this 20 minute practice incudes a slight twist on the traditional variation. It is amazing what comes up during this simple but effective practice, including softening anxiety and breaking internal barriers. This program includes journal prompts for growth and awareness to help the mind stay motivated and provide deeper reflections.
